bad quality control. Maybe I have a lemon.
I usually don't like a product. The lamp worked for a week. I noticed the temp was too low so I thought it was disconnected from the regulator. I took it out of the case and the wires blew. Really insecure with a $400 morph. Don't even try to get a refund or replacement.
