These glow plugs are production errors. When first installed the resistance in ohms is good and works fine. After a while they gradually start to fail until all 8 failed within 7 months and it wasn't a daily car. Resistance from 11 ohms to 129 ohms with idle indicator on 2 connectors. The breaking point is the elastomeric insulator used in spark plugs. This isolates the terminal from chassis ground. The elastomer is compressed and the connector assembly can move. I could use a multimeter and a wobble terminal to change the resistance in ohms.
