I installed the first of the 3 screens in the kit. It's good that there are three of them, because it's not that easy to get perfect on the first try without blisters. It's easy with mobile phones, but difficult with a 17-inch screen. Mine looks fine when the LCD is on, but I see a few bubbles near my front edge when the LCD is off. they point it out. The kit included wipes and one cloth was enough for cleaning. The included "dust absorber" left marks on my screen that I had to wipe away with an alcohol wipe. Next time I'll try wiping (again) with a rag instead. There is a protective film (with a blue tab) on the screen. Once this film is removed, the screen's sticky surface will immediately begin to collect dust, so I would recommend leveling the laptop so the LCD is level. Table. Before removing the foil, pre-install the screen to see how to align it. Then position the screen close to the LCD and hold the film as close to the LCD as possible while you begin to remove the film underneath. Remove the film to an inch or 2 from one edge, align the screen and attach to the LCD. Remove the film when you put the screen down. (3 or 4 well-coordinated hands would be helpful here.) Watch out for bubbles as you lay the screen down. When you see them, move the screen back an inch and put it back down. Finally, use a credit card-shaped tool to remove bubbles from the edges. When I started it was pretty easy for me to put the screen on without any bubbles, but there are a few bubbles on my starting edge. The anti-reflective coating is helpful and doesn't noticeably defocus the image. Glitter is there (microscopic lens interference between pixels and anti-reflective coating) but it's not very noticeable. It's a nice visual improvement and I like that my new LCD will be scratch resistant. Can't comment on UV blocking or eye strain as I only set it for an hour.
