Not the best price but you don't buy 25 pound bags of chinchilla pellets at a time either. In terms of flavor and aroma, all of my chinchillas seem to prefer it to the pellets I've ordered from Exotic Nutrition. And it doesn't contain the unnecessary "treats" that are all found in some other "extra" chinchilla mixes, which really isn't good for your chinchillas. Chinchillas are best fed plain, high-quality chinchilla pellets rather than mixes that have raisins and other treats already added (because your chinchilla will eat all of the snacks before the pellets, which is bad for maintaining a good diet and minimizing excess carbs). The pellet pack also contained very little "dust" compared to the Exotic Nutrition Rosehip Chinchilla Diet Pack I also purchased. Therefore, based on this attribute, I am definitely satisfied with the quality of the product. I don't mind ordering it in the future, although I am currently using the Mazuri diet for chinchillas as it seems to be recommended by every expert/chinchilla owner I follow online and on social media or detailed blogs for chinchilla -Newbies posted owners. .
