Good price and great customer service I bought this backup camera system to use with our 25ft trailer. When I received the camera I used the adapter that came with it to ensure both cameras were in sync with the monitor. They were, and the image on the monitor was crystal clear. At this point I installed the camera on the back of our trailer and soldered the wiring. I had a monitor in my truck parked in front of our house and the TT was in the driveway. Everything was looking good at this point, so I turned it off and set it aside for a few days until our upcoming hike arrived. After attaching the trailer to the truck and driving off, I looked at the rear view monitor (I only use one camera at the moment). I immediately noticed a significant lag between what I was seeing on the monitor and "real life" - that is, the cars appearing behind me on the camera were actually driving past me. The delay was a few seconds and wasn't entirely acceptable. I tried changing the system settings but it didn't bring any improvement. Upon returning home, I contacted Amtifo support and received a response almost immediately. They offered to send me a new system which they said would solve my problem. About 5 days later I received the new system and ran the pairing test again and as before both cameras worked and the picture quality was excellent. I didn't have another hike, but I kept going and asked a friend to help me install a new camera and hook up a trailer. We took a quick drive around the area and there was very little (probably less than 0.5 seconds) lag with the new system. Good enough for what we wanted! I have informed the support team that the new camera is working and that the old camera will be returned to their shop. I also mentioned that I'm still a bit concerned as I haven't reached highway speed yet. I asked if they could provide me with the extension antenna mentioned in the Revain specs. They said it was no problem and I received it in about 5 days. All in all I was a bit disappointed that the first camera I got didn't work as I had hoped. However, the excellent customer service/support to resolve the issue as well as the pricing helped me give the Amtifo system a 5 star rating. I recommend this product.
