One of the best kitchen purchases we've made

One of the best kitchen purchases we've made. We love using it, especially to cook chicken wings with salt and pepper so they get crispy on all sides, rather than sitting in oil/fat and getting soft on one side. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees, put foil on the bottom of the form. Place the chicken wings on the grill. Drizzle the indicated wings with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in an oven preheated to 450 degrees. Turn them over after 20 minutes. Another 25 minutes and they're done. Muto bene!
