We have used their technology to develop applications with them as well. They provide great support at every level of your project implementation. Their responsiveness is excellent - they are always able to answer any questions or give timely help when necessary. I cannot think of anything that I dislike about working with this team! Our application has been extremely successful and very popular within our organization. The user experience can be improved but it's not terrible yet. It was really easy for us to use their software in conjunction with ours and I would recommend looking into other options if you plan on doing some customization. There were no issues.
