First off, let me say this is a crappy piece of industrial wood furniture. I was looking for something to get my modem and surge protector off the ground and it works great for that purpose. I would never call it the side table if it wasn't theatre. It's really small - but it's normal for a modem. I would never expect him to hold anything heavy. And - be careful if you have children. It's the perfect size to climb on and the table and child are likely to need fixing. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. It comes with the exact number of screws and anchors, which can be bad if the anchor is deformed or the screw isn't screwed in properly. Many manufacturers take these features into account and build in additional ones. It was quick to put together, but the result was crappy furniture. I am satisfied because I understood what I received when I ordered it. But if you are looking for something good save your money.
