I have been looking for a new office chair to replace my old one for many years. Went to Office Depot and tried what they had on the floor. After some comparisons, I bought this breathable mesh chair online. I placed an order with Prime Member Shipping and the package arrived as planned. The chair is relatively easy to assemble with handy instructions. The first impression after installing the chair was great. The design is trendy and looks solid overall. I sat on it and the feeling is very comfortable. I had a woman to try and she had the same feeling. The adjustable headrest is wide and offers full support when you lean on it. The three-way adjustable armrests are also comfortable. I found that the wooden support is removable. I put it on and sat for a few hours then took it off to see how it felt without support. Both ways are good and allow the user to find what is best for them. This is how a real ergonomic chair should be. BTW, a little tip I learned while assembling the chair is to first remove the wood support before proceeding to step 6 in the installation guide to attach the backrest to the bracket. In addition, the breathable mesh is robust and of high quality. I find myself very picky about the things I use. I really don't mind paying more as long as I pay for what I get. Of course, price and quality go hand in hand these days. I am satisfied and so far very happy with this purchase.
