We are tired of cleaning all the nooks and crannies of our old (metal) brazier and how it rusts if you miss some spots during drying, so we have decided to try this one. It's a bit smaller so you might need two for a large roast, but it works really well! The roast didn't stick to the grate and the grate didn't stick to the pan and it was fairly easy to scrape up large chunks of food and toss them in the dishwasher. Very happy with our purchase.
