Works well but customer service is poor

So far so good. It doesn't feel reliable or durable, as the light on the charger doesn't work when it's plugged in and you have to juggle the connection to charge it. But if you juggle properly, it works well. One complaint I have is that the company emailed me shortly after receiving it asking if everything was working fine. I told them about the connection problem and asked for help or advice. you ignored me Email never answered.
