Overall review is four stars. It did not earn a 5 Star for me because of the deceptive advertising, it looks like you get a few of them but you only get one. It seems to be the stiffest one. Also it did seem to have a few small defects on a few parts of the band maybe because they didn't let it cure long enough or they packaged it too soon, it's like it's stuck together in the packaging and leaves marks when you peel it apart. Note to manufacturer please put correct picture for product up and don't confuse/trick people, please send me the rest of your bands that were in the picture. It does seem to be very strong and very versatile and will certainly give you many great workouts.
