I like how easy it was for my team members to use this software as well as our clients were able to access all pertinent details regarding each client's account in one place rather than being scattered throughout different systems or applications used by us internally.

The only issue we had during implementation time was figuring out which features would be beneficial to our business needs at first glance versus what could have been implemented later when additional resources became available. We are solving problems associated with keeping track of customer accounts from both an internal standpoint (accounts payable) AND external standpoint (clients).
