Handles loose dirt and small amounts of pet hair well whether it's carpet, tile or hardwood. The extra side brushes and mopping pads are a nice touch. It covers the main parts of any room and handles all the important tasks without much effort. But don't expect miracles: it doesn't get into every nook and cranny, it doesn't remove dirt from the carpet like a real vacuum cleaner and it doesn't replace a real kitchen floor wiper. As is usual with such a high price tag, the user manual was written by someone whose native language was clearly not English. It's bad enough to be funny.
