Review on TL-5 Park Tool Tire Lever Set - Heavy-Duty Steel by Ronald Orear

Had a chance to use these tire changers on 16th November 2010. They work as described. They are not designed to carry tire changers. They are for your store. If you don't want to carry the "extra" weight. They work fine. The extra leverage made sure even the toughest tires would come loose. (I bought a Continental GP 4000 and mounted it on Mavic MA-40 rims with these tire changers. The Mavic MA-40 has traditionally been difficult to put on tires. Note: I've struggled with these park tire changers myself. Changing tires on the road but same again MA-40 is tricky to mount I had the leverage to mount the tires if you insert the end of the pry bar too far it will snag on the opposite side of the rim please note You be careful please take your time if you don't you may damage the rims this is not a Park TL5 these are (and I mean shop quality) high performance tires you will do the job demount tires with these levers or assemble. Misuse can damage the rims. Even I have not noticed any signs of damage to the coating on my discs when dismantled and e Just pay attention and be careful, finish these mounts and give 5 stars.
