Monster Bike Lever

Really huge as in BIG! I thought it was a regular hoop about 2 inches long. It's about 6-8 inches long and durable. It can be used for SUV or regular car tires. If you ask me, those bad walls last a century. Rschunimagu

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

Much better than the plastic ones.

I don't know who first thought it would be nice to make tire levers out of plastic, but they need to be shot at. Plastic ones just don't work. None of those. You, on the other hand, work like a champion. Just be careful not to scratch the discs.

Pros
  • beautiful thing
Cons
  • functionality

Tires and tubes absolutely worth it

They are quite heavy and strong. With plastic tires you don't have much leverage as they are short and at the same time with smaller tires that don't give much you are afraid of breaking the levers. They're long enough to give you leverage and don't be afraid to use force as they won't break.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Zero

Oooh mom, PERFECT

I don't ride anymore so my tricycle pedal bike goes for miles. I changed 3 hoses. These kids are the perfect tools for the job. The edges are rounded so I don't cut the tube or tire. They are smooth and slide over the tires, which saves me time and nerves. These are my favorite and best instruments.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Not as bold as other picks

After reading the reviews, I was afraid of such thoughts.

After reading the reviews I was afraid to get these thoughts that I would puncture my new tubes. I've only used them once, carefully, and I didn't pierce anything. Your size really helps. I have only used small levers in the past, when you change a tire with levers this size there is definitely a difference. Tools for life, they will probably outlive most of their owners.

Pros
  • Permanent Test Results
Cons
  • Requires Socket

IDEAL for the intended use.

They weren't lying when they said they were the toughest tire and wheel combos. Seriously, I have one of the worst setups possible having completely bent or broken every other type of bike tire arm and countless metal objects. These are the best for me. They are about 20cm long and strong enough to get the job done without breaking. I've used them a few times. Obviously these aren't little plastic levers, so don't listen to reviews complaining that they're overpriced or that they damaged their…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Some flaws

Heavy Duty Shop Use tire changers

Had a chance to use these tire changers on 16th November 2010. They work as described. They are not designed to carry tire changers. They are for your store. If you don't want to carry the "extra" weight. They work fine. The extra leverage made sure even the toughest tires would come loose. (I bought a Continental GP 4000 and mounted it on Mavic MA-40 rims with these tire changers. The Mavic MA-40 has traditionally been difficult to put on tires. Note: I've struggled with these park tire…

Heavy Duty Tire Lever - Tire Repair Kits

While it's not always the best of both worlds, these steel tire changers help with tough tires. After I broke my Park TL-1 3-piece tire lever set the first time I used it when changing mountain bike tires and tubes on 1998 GT Backwoods and had to use a spoon from our kitchen set with an end that looked like these levers, I knew I had to have such a set. My original tire levers were gone and I thought the Park TL-1 would be an adequate replacement - it wasn't - all 3 were damaged on first use…

Pros
  • Few Competitors
Cons
  • Good, But Not Great
