Not for Curvy Women
Love and hate this waist trainer. Love that it does what it’s suppose to and that it can be worn under clothes, but I hate that it runs super- super small. It’s not intended for curvy women. I’m 5’5 135lbs (size M or 6) I wouldn’t consider myself curvy and I purchased a 3XL. It requires help to slip it up into my waist and taking it off also requires help. You break a sweat for sure!
