So overall I am happy with this purchase. For a "girdle", it is pretty comfortable. It tends to pinch a bit by the top boning if your posture is not good, but I see that as a plus. It reminds me to stand or sit up straight. The top stayed up all day with no issues of rolling down. However, the bottom tended to roll up. I solved the issue by tucking it under my jeans. Only buy this product if you have a super long torso or are super tall or want to reduce the size of your hips (which I certainly dont!). The boning used in this item is very cheap and bends easily, creating mini "humps" on lower back almost instantly (wore 2 times). I bought the smallest size yet it still feels large and long.

I started wearing this 3 days postpartum. It is a right fit but that’s to be expected and what I wanted. It’s not uncomfortable like so much postpartum shape wear. I can put it on and forget about it. It smooths out the mid section and helps to retrain the stomach to go back in. I had no issues with it moving or bunching up. I have a normal size torso. I highly recommend this for postpartum.

I'm 5'1" 127 lbs and bought the XXL (12-14 US size) for post surgery. Fits pretty tight, wish I had gotten a larger size since I have to wear it for awhile.

Fits well around my stomach area. Easy to put on but a little harder to pull off due to my hips being wider than my torso. Otherwise perfect!

I am heavier than I have ever been and it seems most of my weight is in my stomach. For the $uou can't get a better product. It holds to the area! I wish the upper area offered more strength and length. My stomach seemed to pour out over top.

I only tried it on once but it doesn't seem to make my stomach flatter and can somehow see the lines through my shirt. Medium hold.!

Very comfortable wear for everyday. The material is durable yet firm to hold the stomach. Got it to help keep my stomach together from bloating.

Just tight enough to give good shape and smooth out imperfections without being uncomfortable. So far so good. Can create difficulty with digestion or elimination.

I have had this cincher for 8 years. Just came back on here to order a new one as it is finally showing signs of wear. I normally wear it everyday. It is comfortable and well hidden under my clothes. Takes the jiggle out of my tummy following twin skin/c sections. Highly recommend this product.

I'm 5"2 about 142 lbs. and I got a medium and it's a little too tight but I've managed to squeeze all of it in, I feel like I should've gotten a large but the medium isn't that bad. I have noticed that I've gotten smaller but I can't tell if it's cuz I've been eating better or cuz of the waist trainer or both but I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Follow the size chart, these are small but that's what I wanted. It's solid elastic I believe, only used a few times so far. I love the three rows of eyelets. It was long enough for me. Depending on the fit you desire of course, expect to order at least 2 sizes up from your normal size I'd say. I ordered a different one, same company, this one was smaller.

Somewhat small. It has very heavy-duty elasticity so it's a struggle getting it on. Once on it pulls your waist in powerfully. Phew! Quite uncomfortable. Better to just go on a diet.

Quality of the product is not good at all. The vertical hard columns made of aluminium tore off the cloth and hurts the skin badly. Not worth the payment

I purchased this to wear in leu of a traditional waist trainer on days I couldn’t wear it. It was a perfect fit however I have a short torso around 9-9.5” from under bust to hip bone. It was fine when I was standing but the minute I sat down the bottom flipped up. If I had just a slightly longer torso it may work for me - but for this I will be returning

Love and hate this waist trainer. Love that it does what it’s suppose to and that it can be worn under clothes, but I hate that it runs super- super small. It’s not intended for curvy women. I’m 5’5 135lbs (size M or 6) I wouldn’t consider myself curvy and I purchased a 3XL. It requires help to slip it up into my waist and taking it off also requires help. You break a sweat for sure!

I bought this in my size and it was so uncomfortable I had to remove it before I got home. I rather be curvy than use this item.

It made me look lol pregnant. It smooth everything and made my curves look like I’m expecting. Nice and tight though. That's my review.

This item came quickly and as described. It is made of strong material and does what seller describes. I would purchase again.

I have a bad back, so I wear these types of corsets for support. I like this one. I should have bought it a size bigger, since I'm not really trying to cinch my waste. But, it does help my back feel better. I take out all the plastic stays. I find them uncomfortable and unnecessary. I also like the pale beige color.As for weight loss, body shaper, and tummy fat burner – I don't notice any of that going on. But, it's not what I was seeking – so that part doesn't matter to me.
