I love this waist trainer. It is comfortable and breathable. I don't feel that it is super harsh on the body. I do wish that I had ordered one size smaller as the fabric does give slightly. However, I've had it for one week now and am already beginning to see results. Yay!

It was important to read the instructions about the measurement of the waist and I did order accordingly and it fits well. The fabric/material is good and comfortable.The steel bones are also comfortable and follow my curves. I will say it helps with my posture too. I am using the wide seam on the top part under the bra and that way it does not roll up.The only con I will say is when I have wear with a dress y rolls up a little bit.

I literally looked through 50 of these type of garments before I purchased reading reviews except etc. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is cause it is difficult to get on because you're fearful you're going to bend the firm pieces inside the garment. I love this trainer! Compared with other trainers i have tried, this trainer is much easier to put on (NO hooks to mess with!) and it is constructed of better material. It does not roll during regulated or exercise, like Zumba, and it also provides great support and is very comfortable. The bones are also flexible and do not hurt. This waist trainer does the job. I wore it with a few different outfits. The only downside is the wire in it. It can sometimes be uncomfortable. But overall I was satisfied.

Very comfortable, but it is still slimming. With other shapers I bought in the past they always rolled up or down and I was always readjusting throughout the day. NOT with this one. I'm happy to report it stays in place. It's firm but flexible. Fast shipping. I wish I got 2!

Excellent waist trainer, I have a hysterectomy surgery and I was told by my doctor to wear binder until 6 weeks and the one they gave hurts my skin because of the Velcro so I tried to purchase this one and it works great to me. I love this it never rolls up when you are sitting unlike the other one.

Bought a size down to try and suck it in tighter. Struggled to get it on because of my breast size but once I did, this provides no suction support or flattening. This is like buying spanx, it might smooth you out but doesn't bring it all in for a slimmer look!

I do love this bc it helps cinch me in and rid me of excess water weight. My belly has gone down noticeably. I love the length of it. It goes from under my boobs all the way to right below my under wear line. It doesn't bring me in enough at all spots so I think I may need to get a size lower now. The booming sometimes pokes me around my ribs at the top do you have to re adjust a bit.

I ordered the m/l due to other reviews mentioning how small it was but I wished I had gone with a smaller size would have fit better. I do like the soft material very comfortable. I might order a beige one at a smaller size to use more as a shapewear.

Worked well and is super comfortable! I Ordered this and one other product for tummy control, (baby is now five months old) this one worked, the other did not.This product made me look and feel like I could pull off wearing the dress to the wedding event we were invited to even though I still had baby fat left over.
