I love this trainer! Compared with other trainers i have tried, this trainer is much easier to put on (NO hooks to mess with!) and it is constructed of better material. It does not roll during regulated or exercise, like Zumba, and it also provides great support and is very comfortable. The bones are also flexible and do not hurt. It fits easily under my clothing as well. I purchased a 3X as I did not want to be in pain while wearing. I probably should have ordered the next size down for more shaping. However , I am satisfied with this size for now. I will be ordering another today. I am 5'1", 59 years young and presently weigh 152 lbs. 😊. I hope this helps with your decision.
