Not for short torsos
I purchased this to wear in leu of a traditional waist trainer on days I couldn’t wear it. It was a perfect fit however I have a short torso around 9-9.5” from under bust to hip bone. It was fine when I was standing but the minute I sat down the bottom flipped up. If I had just a slightly longer torso it may work for me - but for this I will be returning
- You can wear it discreetly underneath your clothing
- Can cause digestive issues such as acid reflux or heartburn
