I have a bad back, so I wear these types of corsets for support. I like this one. I should have bought it a size bigger, since I'm not really trying to cinch my waste. But, it does help my back feel better. I take out all the plastic stays. I find them uncomfortable and unnecessary. I also like the pale beige color.As for weight loss, body shaper, and tummy fat burner – I don't notice any of that going on. But, it's not what I was seeking – so that part doesn't matter to me.
