To answer a few questions: No storage bag is advertised here, so no questions (probably why this lot is on sale). Linen is a very cheap fabric, expect it to be a raw material. When properly floured, its rough texture isn't a problem, and that's partly why the dough doesn't stick to it when used as directed. I love it so far. Will update after using it a few times and see if it gets its fifth star βοΈ! I recommend it, I think I will like it. I'll probably make a dust bag out of the flimsy fabric I used before settling on this.
