Bought another model and it didn't last long
Only used once. I received the model CHFC3. The first time I used it, I put a couple of Energizer D batteries in it and everything was fine. I used Energizer Recharge D batteries, NiMH, 2500 mAh. The batteries worked the next day but the charger smelled like burnt wires and the charger didn't work when I tried again. The seller seems to have a good return policy but I'm disappointed it didn't work for me and I don't know what could have gone wrong.
