Review on Aquaboon Sediment Cartridge: 🌊 Universal Filtration for Optimal Efficiency by Adam Stone

I received it and as soon as I took the filter housing out of the box I found that the outer sealing lip of the seat was broken. I tried installing it anyway, hoping the o-ring would be enough to stop leaks, but it leaked and had to be removed. The transparent body is made of hard/brittle plastic. In addition, the O-ring is made of full silicone and is cut at an angle instead of a continuous loop and then glued. I give it two stars mainly because of the low price and the filter. My guess is that if the filter housing doesn't crack like mine, it will work fine. But I wouldn't trust installing this filter in the house or anywhere where water leaks could cause damage.
