Review on Kingston Brass SC1007 Universal Diameter by Richard Carroll

Overall this is a great cap. However, I can't give it 5 runs because it's a pain to install. First, it doesn't come with a rubber washer to make it waterproof; I removed one from our old soap pump, but other than that you'll have to use plumber's putty. Second, the central screw is short. We have a built in sink and our counters are about 1.5 inches thick. There was about 1/4 inch thread to try and attach the washer and screw to the bottom. When you're working with limited space, it's really hard to do this without someone making an effort so you can get the leverage.
