I bought service for 8 several years ago. I loved it and always received compliments when guest came over. Fast forward to this past year. a friend who was going through a rough time fell in love with my silverware. I gave her the entire service. After the silverware was gone, I realized that nothing else made me as happy. I just bought a new service for 12. This pattern is very classic and goes with any occasion. It goes in the dishwasher without incident and looks new after years of use. My favorite thing about this pattern is the weight! It is very heavy and thick. Definitely not the thin stuff you buy at discount stores. Also of note. there are some fun "extra" pieces you can buy. (Butter knives, steak knives, expresso spoons, and ice tea spoons, etc.) You won't be sorry with this pattern!
