Lobe Wonder is a great product. I have been using this product for about 9 years. The hole in one of my earlobes was stretched and the other actually ripped open due to a series of infections when I was young and stupid and wearing very heavy earrings. I simply stick a patch on the back of the earlobe over the hole and then put the earring through the patch and reattach the earring. Because one of my earlobes was torn, I can only wear earrings that completely cover the bottom of my earlobe. I don't like the way it hangs down the sides of the earring.
