As a new knitter (literally only 3 weeks!) I decided to try my grandmother's basic aluminum knitting needles first. and almost gave up when I woke up the next morning with severe pain in my arm and wrist! Then I started shopping! I've been crocheting for many years, so I know the quality of my crochet work (needles in this case) is a game changer! I read and looked at many reviews and finally decided to spend a few bucks more to get a good quality set of needles that isn't too outrageous just in case I decide to just stick with crocheting . I can say that I finished my first project (scarf) halfway in one day! These needles are absolutely worth buying and they have made a huge difference in my speed, tension consistency and most importantly, now I have no more pain in my hands! I worked on my scarf for 4 hours straight and had no fatigue or cramps in my fingers or arms. I would highly recommend these needles to beginners who are willing to shell out money for a good needle set! These needles are the reason I will keep knitting!
