Great for long range
If you get one of these it comes with an SSID called EnGenius1, you have to change it to a name with all lower case letters, or it won't work. I had to call customer service.Overall I'm happy enough with it. It covers my entire 10 acres, and will probably go much farther, but I've only gone to the edge of my property. No more dead spots.If someone near you has a router without encryption that you can receive a signal, but it's weak, you can use the EnGenius as a repeater for their signal, you might not even need internet service of your own.
