Rubber tips are falling off and sticking to spark plugs, I had one of these coils fail last week (less than a year after replacing all 4 at I have failed the original coil in cylinder #1). I tried to replace this defective aftermarket coil with one of my original coils only to find that I can't get my original coil back because the end of that coil got stuck on my spark plug. I pulled out all the other coils and found that the tips fell off as well when I tried to remove them. This is a problem because these style tips differ from the original design. I ended up having to use needle nose pliers, screwdrivers and a vacuum to remove all the rubber parts from my motor. I've uploaded photos of the holes with the rubber boot stuck in it after removing all the bits next to this tipped coil. I then added a picture of a standard spool to show the difference in the rubber tip (it's smooth), the rubber tip on this spool is ribbed.
