Original headrest or headrest - choose the right size!

I have a Herman Miller Aeron (B) chair and ordered the H3 Carbon. That was a big mistake as I'm just over 5ft 11in tall. Please choose the right size, otherwise you will think there is something wrong with this product. I just got the H4 and it's perfect. I am giving my first review for H3. But the H4 works as intended and I'm totally happy with this purchase (I had to return the H3.) The larger H4 doesn't clash with my on-ear headset and I feel supported. I use an overhead headset (small; Artic Steel series) for work and this headrest (actually the headrest) is colliding with the headset. I just can't tilt my head back with the headset resting on one side of the headrest I thought the color and fabric went really well together. However, I did find that the headrest floats or moves constantly and I didn't like that at all. The manufacturer states that this is normal and intended for the user that the chair fits every time , I just feel like it slips off my head. allowed me to lean to one side of him to hold him in place with my head. Yes it has a lag screw but it only reduces movement (not much) and I still feel like this isn't a Herman Miller product. That the product is listed as an original headrest is somewhat misleading. Their company website lists it as the best-selling original headset (slightly better). All of this means that this is not a Herman Miller product. I think it's important not to hide behind the fact that you're an OEM. I checked Herman Miller's website and they don't sell a headrest so it's not too bad but I don't think it's the quality of my chair. Maybe I'm just not used to it, but the product should naturally feel comfortable from the start. Without a headset, he still looks muddy because he's constantly moving slightly. I definitely think you should try one (and the new casters) if you have a Herman Miller Aeron chair.
