I suspect part of the problem is that the last driver released by Brother for this model was 2013! You will find conflicting statements about whether Windows 10 is officially supported Windows 10 supports some features but not all. Also, the scan to email feature does not work with most hosted email accounts. If you still have your own Exchange server, you're in luck. Too bad I have several other fantastic Brother products. It appears to be a well made car.
