The Brother software and drivers for this product appear to be out of date and have some pretty serious incompatibility issues related to the wireless networking features with Windows 10. The most common errors I've encountered are the device not detecting the network computer in question /could connect. inconsistent deletion of scan jobs or getting stuck in the middle of a job when merging or sending.
