This is a decent label printer with some cool features. This "Erixu 3 Label Printer" is VERY FAST. Labels are supplied on rolls approximately 3/8 inch apart. The package includes 1 roll. The printer is USB powered, so you don't need to buy batteries. included. It turns off after about 10 minutes of inactivity. The printer is approximately 5.5 inches long, 3 inches wide, and 1.25 inches thick. There are only 2 buttons; a mechanical latch to open the supply of labels and a power button that illuminates green or red to indicate status. Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn on or off. The label roll is inside. To print, you need a smartphone (iPhone, iPad or Android) and a free app. Apple iOS (iPad, iPhone) users can download the "Le Minyun” app from the iOS App Store. (See attached image of app icon). Android users can search "Le Minyun" on Google Play. If the instructions that came with your printer point to another application and that other application cannot find your label maker, those instructions may not be correct. Get the "Le Minyun" app that suits me. Tech support was responsive and helpful via email should you need it. After reading my helpful review, I hope you don't need tech support! :-) I have to mention something about how the application connects to the label printer. You are NOT using the default Bluetooth system settings on your phone. The app fully connects to the label printer in the app. Another connection is wrong. If you have the right application, it's very easy. The supplied labels are the same size, but the printer seems to support other sizes as well. One thing I didn't realize was that I had to provide my phone number to set up the printer. He sent me a verification code to continue. This does not have to be your actual mobile number, but you must receive the code via SMS in order to proceed. The app allows you to enter your label's text and even add line art with "logos". The application contains many clipart objects, some of which might be useful. I saw a way to change fonts, except there is only one font. You can save your labels in the app so you can easily print them again. This is great for the IT department, electricians and people who need to print many of the same labels. The application has been translated into English. This is normal, but sometimes there are some signs of it. It's fine and doesn't stop you from printing labels. This is either a K11 or L11 model, or maybe both. What I really like, much better than any other label printer, is that this printer doesn't waste half your roll on excessive label spacing. All in all it looks like an early product (especially the app) and it works really well if you have the right guide. Then this is a great rechargeable portable label printer.
