. to get the neat receipt scanner working it's useless, I can't do anything about it, I've contacted .
If I could give less than one star I would rate the product as completely useless, apparently Microsoft Windows released an update in January that marks decent software as corrupted or invalid, They don't even download the software to get a decent receipt scanner working. It's useless. I can not help it. I have contacted the company and they are trying to work on a solution but to date it is still not working
