The packaging was fine; apart from the brown bag I tore open; The white styrofoam fell off and made a mess. The product came just like the picture, the tool falls apart after machining (not sure if it should have), the ear stud only stayed in 1 but she didn't insert the other 3. I also tried getting my nose pierced LOL FAILLL; I think it was because I had an ear stud on the instrument (I forgot to take it out) or because the instrument didn't work on my nose anyway; I'd try to disprove that theory, but I'd rather have a pro do it haha. Finally, this product was a quick and easy experience for piercing my earlobes. I would 1000% recommend it to anyone looking to perforate their ears (lobules) or their child etc. This product is exactly for that 👏🏼👏 🏼
