Review on Triax Atlas 600 Grease: Full Synthetic High-Temp NLGI-2, Heavy-Duty Ultra High Performance - 10 Tube Pack by Hector Smith

After I had the bearing boxed up and installed I had to weld next to the rail. Cool with a wet rag, but I wanted to check the lube's ability to hold and not sizzle like butter in a pan. After welding 1/2 inch the grease remained. Didn't move. No hissing, no gravity falling. This is a 3 kW wind generator that had been in operation for 16 years prior to this restructuring. The lubricant fully corresponds to the declared designation. I would estimate the race came close to 600F. There were 4 3/4" welds.
