Prefer glass straws over plastic.
There was a bit of a learning curve from initial use of the plastic to the hardness of the glass hitting my teeth, but I've adapted and will never go back. Glass straws are much easier to clean thoroughly and will not deteriorate when using essential oils like plastic straws.
