Review on BISSELL Commercial BGUPRO14T Upright Vacuum with Dual Motor for Better Cleaning Power by Jessie Lopez

I would not recommend this item to anyone as it was a downright headache. I ordered my product on January 8th, 2015. First problem I have a DVD player instead. Finally, almost a month later, I received the vacuum cleaner. This vacuum cleaner is called a commercial vacuum cleaner and as far as I know it is not good enough for home use. I have a 5,000 square foot store and this vacuum started having problems after about 30 days (just in time for the seller to guarantee nothing). I took it to a local vacuum shop and they had to replace the door on it. Cost me another 100€. I was waiting to see if the problem would be solved, but no, the vacuum cleaner keeps clogging and spitting out dirt. I think I should have bought Electrolux or another brand because we're sweeping the floors in my retail store right now. I called this seller and instead of replacing this machine with a better model that actually works, they gave me a manufacturer's number. The manufacturer will only repair not replace because they didn't sell it to me. They call me to see how long he can go without a vacuum. It's amazing that I've spent so much and it doesn't work. I would not recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone. Ps now owned less than three months
