Lamps are easy to install. I have a 2011 Chrysler 300 and have tried HID, standard and halogen bulbs. HID kits have always had problems with lamp or ballast failure. Standard light was very dim and halogen bulbs were expensive and short lived, plus halogen bulbs weren't that bright. These bulbs came well packaged and came with gloves for installation. The difference in light output was amazing. I've only had them a day so I can't confirm the longevity of the LED bulbs but if they last more than a year I'd say they're a great product.
