Arrived on time and in good condition. The manual is poorly translated into English so you'll have to figure out what it's trying to say. They say that the IR function doesn't work when connected to a dongle, but that's not the case. It was able to detect my TV's power button when connected to the dongle and it worked flawlessly. I use the remote with Nvidia Shield and haven't had any problems so far. One criticism is that the function keys on the keyboard are dark red. This means that you cannot see those who are in the dark. Although it might be a deal breaker as I mostly use it in the bedroom at night.
