Bought for my Android TV and it does the job perfectly. A reinstall was required, which I liked for its exceptional quality. Lasts for weeks on a single charge. But he turned it down as a replacement for the Visio TV remote control, which would require all buttons to be programmed. Received this to replace the Nvidia Shield remote, if you have one you know the remotes aren't the best and this seems like the perfect replacement. Simply plug in the USB, switch on the remote control and you're done. Every button is responsive and I love how the remote automatically disables the face buttons when you flip them over to use the keyboard. The air mouse function is a bit fiddly, but it works. So far so good, the fact that it has its own battery is a big plus.

This is a good remote control. It works great in the living room on your Smart TV. The Air Mouse is flawless, just like the WII, only better. The cons I have are that the function keys are IMPOSSIBLE (not difficult, impossible) to read without a bright light, and this remote doesn't work upside down either. Pros: IR easy to program, solid and well built, functional lock button, full QWERTY keyboard with additional features for surfing the web. This is by far the best remote control I have ever bought. Works great and feels good in the hand. Very sturdy, not likely to fall apart like some if dropped. Don't just try to find out. 😁 Cons: I could never program it to turn the TV on and off and adjust the TV volume. I just turn up the volume on the TV and then control it from my Nvidia Shield Pro. I don't like the position of the back button.
