Review on ๐Ÿงต Singer 04487 Slip-Stop Thimble: Convenient 2 Piece Pack for Enhanced Sewing Experience by Kristen Reid

not big enough for my thumb but does work on my index, middle and ring fingers

I'm a petite woman and have very small hands (with 5.5" wrists and my fingers are proportional). So I didn't mind ordering the little thimbles, thinking they would still work. Well they seem to be working. I can wear my middle finger on my middle finger (which is still useful considering how I sew) although I have to put it in there, and the smaller one on either my index or ring finger (also still useful considering how I sew). , as I sew ). I sew by the way, this one is more suitable). I'm a little frustrated that they were both too small to fit on my thumb. They appear to be of good quality. I used them to push the needle through a bit (through the denim so it's a bit tricky). I love that I can do this without pricking my fingers or nails. And they also stopped me from pricking certain fingers while sewing (to determine the best position, I accidentally pricked myself with a needle a couple of times and put a thimble on a finger that was punctured). even. The thickness was right. They were light and didn't rub your fingers. They stayed where they were (although the landing had something to do with it). I'm still looking for a slightly larger thimble for my thumb, but I can use it and I'm happy with it.
