After ten seconds of work, I received a stronger blow . It hurt and unpleasant. Another couple of square meters of carpet and decided to turn off the vacuum cleaner. I took a step towards him, a spark of 7-8 centimeters hit my leg from the body (which, in addition, also surprised me a little, because it is plastic). I felt like I was in a physics class with an ebonite stick and a piece of wool. He drove the child away (he wanted to play with the "new toy"). Turned off, checked, everything seems to be normal. I asked my mother-in-law to wash the aqua filter, she got her "charge", but already from the faucet in the bathroom. I got on the Internet, I saw that some people had a similar problem, they recommended wiping the case and the metal part of the hose with a damp cloth, spraying it with antistatic. But it said that "sometimes, during long-term cleaning" and not like mine, several times a minute. There was no antistatic at hand, the rest of the tips resulted in one more portion of blows. Washed, put to dry. I really hope that this is a technical marriage of this particular instance. Two previous vacuum cleaners (Samsung 8461 [and it will even be more powerful] and an old typhoon) have never been electrocuted for the entire period of operation. Tomorrow we will resolve the issues of replacement / refund. : I probably got a little excited, left the vacuum cleaner at home, after the first "heavy" cleaning "and antistatic, such things did not happen anymore. At home it became much cleaner. I changed the rating to 4, because the first impression is ruined. :)
