I really wanted to LOVE them but unfortunately I can't; although I love some aspects of it. Advantages; 1. I love all the different settings.2. all individual headlights on both threads that I bought work.3. I like the idea of these.but.cons;1. The spacing between the falling strands and the individual bulbs on each strand is TOO far apart and the only way they will ever look like they do in the photos is to overlap at least 2 sets or more to get the impression to awaken that they have many more lights. that are closer together. In fact, the falling filaments are almost a foot apart instead of just 3-6 inches like the photos, and the individual lights are about 5 inches apart instead of 2-3 inches like the photos. Bottom line, they look VERY skimpy, not fancy! The remote will only work if you have a direct UNBLOCKED line of sight to a real wall outlet. So if they're plugged in behind anything or there's furniture, even a few yards from the outlet, you'll need to maneuver past any obstacles to get them functioning remotely. Generally this is acceptable; I'm curious how long they last though and will update my review accordingly. What would be really great and preferable would be if these light sets looked like they do in photos in real life, with a lot more lights that are closer together (both vertically and vertically). horizontal!).
