Review on 📷 Upgraded SmallRig GH5 GH5S Cage for Panasonic Lumix Camera and DMW-XLR1 - Enhanced Model (CCP2646) by Patrick Keita

Great design of this cage. What worried me the most was the packaging. This cage fits perfectly. It doesn't fit snugly to the body and I wouldn't want that as it can cause damage or wear to the body over time. All dials are present, as well as all connections and doors. There are also mounts to support the Metabones which is a huge plus! The extra mounting options on the side and top give me the ability to mount this quite nicely. There is a cold shoe in the top left corner that can be used for a microphone or wireless receiver. I plan to add another cold shoe on the right side for the mic and use the left side for wireless video. Overall I am very happy with this cage. The grip is partially affected by the right side. If this makes my hand more tired I will add a NATO bar and a NATO side grip.
