I usually wear a size 9, but when I buy online I get a 9.5 if it's in stock, especially as I have a roomy fit. A bunch of information on here says this shoe is good for wide feet, but I didn't think that was true. My foot felt tight and my foot was actually bigger than the sole. So I could feel part of my foot hanging off the sole, especially when spinning the bike. I usually have a very active job and am on my feet all day (vet). The first day I wore these shoes was actually mostly at a desk and my feet started hurting early in the day. The second day I tried on the shoes to see if they needed breaking in, I worked on my feet all day; My legs hurt so much now. Also, the fabric feels very thin and doesn't offer enough support.
