This is cheap remanufactured junk. We saved ourselves some basic repairs, and the thing almost doesn't work and works slowly. I bought this computer because it was the same model as my work computer and I was very disappointed. The mouse pad area is clearly worn and had a cheap sticker on it, the camera is out of service due to junk, and the whole thing is clearly a lot older than the ads suggest. I'm usually a fan of refurbished products because there's an inherent understanding that a product has been used but made like new, with new parts, and that the computer has failed spectacularly.
