A month later we received Smart Hard Drive Error Code 301. Not satisfied at all. I was expecting it to run for at least 6 months with no issues. Please do not sell such products.

This is cheap remanufactured junk. We saved ourselves some basic repairs, and the thing almost doesn't work and works slowly. I bought this computer because it was the same model as my work computer and I was very disappointed. The mouse pad area is clearly worn and had a cheap sticker on it, the camera is out of service due to junk, and the whole thing is clearly a lot older than the ads suggest. At this price point, the laptop may be easy to steal, but there are tradeoffs. Storage is less than advertised, there's no USB 3.0 port, the battery appears to have been removed and replaced, and the overall aesthetic doesn't look new. Either way, it works. I think you get what you pay for.

The device is in good condition and works perfectly. However, the charger looks like it has been attacked by dogs. There are several breaks and the wire itself is bare. The charger should be the easiest to repair. A refurbished laptop does not necessarily have to be a used laptop and a charger that has been used for a different purpose. The cable didn't even bother to fix it. I expected a used but intact cable.
